- 1 Box spiced cake mix
- 1 Can pure pumpkin
- 12 oz Ghirardelli white chocolate chips
Mix the pumpkin purée and cake mix by hand just until completely combined.
Then, stir in the white chocolate chips.
Spoon generous tablespoons of dough out onto a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
You can press them with a fork if you want them to look more like cookies than little mini muffins.
