Ingredients

Whipped Cream Layer

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 pkg vanilla pudding
  • 1 tub Cool Whip

Topping

  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup toffee bits

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 and grease 9x13 dish
  • Combine all cake ingredients in large bowl
  • Bake for 45 -50 min and allow to cool until room temperature. Cut cake into 1 inch cubes.

Whipped Topping Layer

  • Whisk together milk and pudding mixes. Allow to set for about 2 min.
  • Now, fold in whipped topping.

Assemble Trifle

  • Layer in trifle dish 1/3 of pumpkin cake cubes, 1/3 of whipped topping, then layer 1/3 nuts and toffee bits.
  • Repeat for two more layers
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving
